With over a decade of experience in user experience and human-centered design, she partners with cultural institutions to transform spaces into immersive destinations built on community connection and storytelling.

 

After seeing how limited budgets, outdated systems, and misaligned leadership can stall innovation, The Fourth Voice was born to bring stories to life through strategic project planning, experiential design, and marketing strategies that drive visitation, investment, and pride.

↳ Co-authored a book “Amplifying Informal Science Learning: Rethinking Research, Design, and Engagement (2024)”.

↳ Completed graduate-level courses in Design Management and Communications at Georgetown University.
